Join Fred Watson in a global pursuit to see where science comes from. Gaze upwards from a Norwegian Lodge to the Aurora Borealis, be dwarfed by the Very Large Telescopes in the Atacama or soak up the Dark Sky Reserve in Namibia during a unique and luxurious travel experience.

In 2006 Fred Watson joined forces with Marnie Ogg of TravelOgg to design exclusive tours. Having already extensively travelled the world, the pair team up with professional travel partners to incorporate exotic destinations to exclusive visits to institutes, observatories and fascinating corners all around the world on a tour program suitable for the astronomer and their partner. 


Past tour programs have travelled to Western Europe, Scandinavia, the Kimberley Coast and a host of remarkable destinations such as Chankillo the Northern Peruvian Archeo-astronomical Observatory and the Large Hadron Collider in Geneva. Each tour has featured several invited guest speakers and hosts such as the Vice Chancellor of Northampton University Nick Petford (The Volcano that Stopped the World), Professor David Malin (The Man Who Coloured the Stars), Dominique Proust, astronomer and musician, and Dr Ivan Ghezzi the Director Instituto National de Cultura-Peru.
